I wish
Iwas looking at sea ranch stuff and saw this lot for sale. Its .581 acres and only costs $469,000. Sure would be nice. Other than cost the only problem that I would have with it is the sea ranch branch. I'm not sur that I could stand that every sunday. If any one wants to go in on it together "lets talk". (in our dreams).

we'd be willing to ante-up any leftover student loan monies. that might help for a down payment for the "for sale" sign. as for the branch, maybe you could become branch president and shorten the schedule due to lack of a piano player.
how much more is a "white-water" view? does it creep up to the million dollar mark? we've got to come up with a plan. someone needs to make a ton of money -- and soon. for the past week everything reminds me of sea ranch.
